Application of β-crystal Nucleating Agent NB-328:
NB - 328 is an economic and effective β type nucleating agent for PP. By inducing crystallization obtain beta - type polypropylene of high beta crystal type content, and gives products with good impact resistance, heat deformation and high porosity. It achieve the unification of polypropylene impact resistance and thermal deformation. NB - 328 especially suitable for PP - R tube, automotive, home appliances and other PP product required high impact resistance and heat deformation. It can also be used for PP paper high porosity, printing film products processing.

Application feature of β-crystal Nucleating Agent NB-328:
NB - 328 is an economic and effective PP beta crystal nucleating agent. It has the effect of increased the crystallization rate, crystallinity and beta crystal type conversion which giving products good impact resistance, heat deformation and high porosity. Test data show that the isotactic and random PP add 0.3% of the NB - 328, beta - type conversion rate is above 90%. Both impact strength and heat distortion temperature are significantly improved. The impact strength is increased about 4 - 5 times, thermal deformation temperature can reach 127 deg.C. Compared with other types beta crystal nucleating agent, NB-328 has the characteristics of non-staining, improved processing of products, low price, and good stability of beta crystal form. This product can be used directly with PP powder. It also can be prefabricated to masterbatch and then used for secondary processing. The recommended dosage is 0.1 ~ 0.3% of PP base material.
