Product features of Heat Stabilizer CZ-280:
The two major systems of calcium and zinc stabilizer are hydrotalcite system and zeolite system. The series calcium zinc stabilizer of our company are hydrocite system.
Ca Zn Stabilizer CZ-280 is composed of calcium zinc metal soap with hydrotalcite, antioxidant, high-end imported lubricant and a variety of highly effective auxiliary stabilizers. It is completely conform to the EU ROHS 2.0 environmental protection standard, through SGS testing.
Calcium Zinc Stabilizer CZ-280 is mainly used in rigid PVC foaming products.
Calcium Zinc Stabilizer CZ-280 has excellent thermal stability, good initial coloring. Strip particle can avoid dust pollution. It also have good mechanical and good weather resistance. Internal and external lubricant of CZ-280 is balanced, demould effect is good.
Packing and transportation of Ca Zn Stabilizer CZ-280:
Packing: outer paper bag lined with PE film bag inner, net weight is 25kg. It should be stored in cool and dry place according to non-dangerous goods.
